Short listing of Suitable Candidates :
Short listing suitable candidates through stringent tests and interviews for clients' final selection at candidates' country of origin.
Logistics Coordination :
Arranging logistics, accommodation, flights, interview facilities, interview schedules, etc.
Final Selection :
Arrange for our clients' Human Resource Department officers to interview and conduct final selection of suitable candidates at their country of origin.
Documents Processing :
Processing documents required for Work Permit/Employment Pass applications.
Orientation :
Sourcing for candidates' accommodation
Receiving candidates and helping them settle into Singapore
Medical Examination
Arrangement for Security Bond if required by government regulations.
Counseling Service :
Regular counseling to encourage better workers' attitudes and prevent workers' problem
Renewal of Work Passes and Passports
Assisting in candidates' repatriation, if necessary
